DataTopic Food Ingredients
Food Ingredients consist of two main blocks:
- IngredientStatement
- ListOfIngredients
- With additional DataPoints depending on the type of ingredient. For example ENumber for Additives, Country of Birth, Raise and Slaughter for animal protein-based ingredients and Fish Catch method for fish.
- Option to included Allergen data (contains) per ingredient
