Packaging

Packaging is used to protect, transport and apply products. Packaging is often sourced from suppliers as products. Packaging materials are then combined into a Bill of Materials forming a product.

Sales Unit (e.g. Consumer Trade item with GTIN) = Product (Consumable, Durable or Disposable) + Packaging

Packaging Materials can have multiple suppliers, each with their own product.
